Quick meal on a hot day -poolside.😎
Any and all left over veggies…I used shaved brussels sprouts, diced broccoli and bok choy, a bag of mixed stir fry veggies and small amount of brown rice. Topped off with some air fry chicken thighs . Side of orange and strawberries for dessert.

1 cup GF paleo pancake mix
2 eggs
1/4 cup water (more if needed)
1 scoop protein powder of choice
1 tbsp melted coconut oil
3/4 cup blueberries
1 tsp cinnamon
Top with non dairy whipped topping. 😊

As many of us have been saying for years, Alzheimer’s is not simply a brain disease—there are systemic abnormalities such as inflammation and reduced mitochondrial function.
