Say hello to our Mango Avocado Shrimp Salad — packed with protein, healthy fats, and fresh ingredients to help you nourish and recover beautifully post-op.
Ingredients
• 1 lb small shrimp, peeled & deveined
• 1 large mango, peeled & diced
• 1 large avocado, diced
• 1–2 tbsp olive oil
• Juice of 1 lime
• 2–3 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
• 1 tsp honey (optional, for a hint of sweetness)
• Salt & pepper to taste

🥣 How to Make It
Cook the Shrimp:
Lightly season shrimp with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Sauté shrimp for about 2–3 minutes per side, or until pink and opaque.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Prepare the Salad:
In a large bowl, combine diced mango, diced avocado, and chopped cilantro.
Add the cooked shrimp.
Make the Dressing:
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, and honey.
Drizzle dressing over the salad.
Toss & Serve:
Gently toss everything together until well coated.
Taste and adjust with extra lime juice, salt, or pepper if needed.
Serve chilled or at room temperature.
