One mother used this and she said it helped alot. Also try ni**le resting by pumping your milk and giving baby a bottle for a couple of feedings. You know you can't do it too long in the beginning especially when they are getting use to recognizing the breast ni**les from bottle ni**les.

Try these. One breastfeeding mom used them. You place them over your ni**les inside your bra and as some of your milk leak out, your milk will help heal your ripples quicker. She said it healed hers really quick.
