If your tween suddenly starts saying they’re full after just a few bites, pause before jumping to conclusions.

Bodies change fast at this age. So do feelings.

Sometimes “I’m full” means:
•I’m overstimulated
•I feel rushed or watched
•I’m unsure if it’s okay to eat more
•I’m tired, anxious, or trying to control something

Instead of “You barely ate anything,” try:
“Totally okay. Do you feel full in your body or just not hungry right now?”
“Was anything feeling ‘off’ at the table today?”
“Want to save it for later?”

And if it keeps happening, gently check in outside of mealtimes:

“Do you feel like your body is getting what it needs lately?”
“Sometimes when kids grow, they don’t even realize they’re hungrier. Want help tuning in?”

What does your tween need from you during mealtime?

When your tween picks a snack, skips a meal, or asks if something will “make them fat”…
They’re not just making a food choice.

They’re trying to understand themselves.

Food becomes tied…
To fitting in.
To growing up.
To feeling in control when everything else feels confusing.

That’s why how we talk about food matters just as much as what’s on the plate.

You don’t need the perfect script.
Just slow, open conversations that let them feel safe.

I’ll be here, offering gentle tools to help you start.

You won’t always find me journaling at sunrise
…or drinking celery juice…
or hitting 10k steps…

Sometimes healing looks like:

•ordering dessert any time of the day
•laughing too loud while enjoying a margarita and fajitas (with plenty of cheese dip and salsa!) with family and friends
•sitting still because my body said so

I’m not doing it perfectly — but I’m doing it.
And that’s the part no one tells you counts.

This is your permission slip:
You don’t need a “morning routine” or a Pinterest pantry to start feeling better.
You’re already enough to begin.

→ Tell me below: What’s one imperfect thing you’re letting count today?

Sometimes the plan looks messy.
Sometimes the progress feels invisible.
Sometimes the things that help you don’t fit the Pinterest-perfect mold.

That doesn’t make it wrong.
That doesn’t make you wrong.

The goal isn’t to follow someone else’s formula.
It’s to build something that actually works for your life.

That’s the work I do with women every day—
helping them unlearn the pressure, and rebuild with compassion.

✨ This is your reminder: it counts, even if nobody else gets it.

No, I don’t have time to ‘take a whole day off and rest.’
But I can sit down for 3 minutes.
I can finish my drink before it melts.
I can put my feet up before the next thing pulls me up again.

This is what my version of slowing down looks like.
Not stillness. Not perfection.
Just tiny pauses that remind me—
I’m allowed to catch my breath in the middle of it all.

That counts, too.

✨ Tell me—what’s your tiny pause today?

A flexible mindset is your greatest asset because it allows you to see challenges and opportunities from new perspectives. It’s not about abandoning your beliefs but about being open to the idea that there might be another way to approach something. When you embrace flexibility, you create space for growth, creativity, and problem-solving. Life becomes less about rigid expectations and more about adapting with curiosity and resilience. Imagine how much more vibrant and fulfilling life could be if, instead of resisting change, you leaned into it with an open mind. What’s one belief or perspective you’ve recently challenged that helped you grow?

This version of you still counts.
The one who’s still in sweatpants at 2 p.m.
Who ate cereal for dinner and forgot the laundry.
Who keeps forgetting to text back… again.
Who hasn’t brushed her hair in two days.
Who’s still trying, even when it doesn’t look like it.

You don’t have to “clean up” to be supported.
You don’t need a perfect routine to begin again.

I created the 3-Day Reset for this version of you.
Not the Pinterest version.
Not the productivity guru version.
The real one.

Want to try it? It’s free.
Just drop a 🌿 in the comments or message me “RESET” and I’ll send it your way.

Gratitude isn’t about having everything—it’s about seeing everything differently.

It’s not just about listing the “good things” in your life. It’s about shifting your focus, even on the hard days, to notice the moments that make life worth living. Gratitude isn’t ignoring challenges—it’s choosing to see the beauty alongside them.

What if gratitude wasn’t about perfection but about curiosity? What if it wasn’t just about what you have but how you see?

Try this today: Pause and look around you. What’s one thing—big or small—that makes you smile right now? Maybe it’s the way sunlight hits your desk. Maybe it’s the sound of laughter in the next room. Maybe it’s just knowing you made it through another day.

Gratitude isn’t passive—it’s active. It’s a choice to see differently, even when life feels heavy. And when you practice it daily, something shifts—not just in what you see but in how you feel.

Resilience isn’t about being unbreakable—it’s about being human.
It’s about allowing yourself to feel the weight of hard moments without letting them define you. It’s about learning to heal, adapt, and grow from your experiences, even when it feels impossible in the moment.
Resilience doesn’t mean you’re never overwhelmed or that you never fall apart. It means you find a way to pick up the pieces—even if it takes time.

Sometimes resilience looks like:
Saying no when you’re at your limit.
Asking for help instead of trying to do it all alone.
Taking one small step forward after a setback, even if it feels like progress is slow.
Building resilience isn’t about toughness—it’s about inner strength.

It’s about trusting that no matter how hard life gets, you have the ability to heal and grow.

So today, ask yourself: What’s one small thing I can do to show myself I’m stronger than I think? Because resilience isn’t built in a day—it’s built over time.

What’s one experience that taught you how resilient you are?

Fear isn’t the enemy—it’s a signal.

Fear shows up when we’re stepping into something unfamiliar. It whispers, ‘What if you fail?’ or ‘What if you’re not good enough?’ But here’s the thing: fear doesn’t mean stop—it means pay attention.

What if you got curious about it instead of running from fear?
What is this fear trying to protect me from?
What’s the worst that could happen—and how likely is it, really?
What would I do if I knew I couldn’t fail?

When you face fear with curiosity, it loses its power. You start to see it for what it is: a natural response to growth. And when you move through it—even if it’s messy—you discover strength you never knew you had.

So today, ask yourself: What’s one small step I can take toward something that scares me? Because courage isn’t about being fearless—it’s about acting in spite of fear.

What’s one fear you’ve faced recently—and what did you learn from it?

Self-compassion isn’t about bubble baths or treating yourself to something nice (though those things can be great). It’s about how you treat yourself in the moments when you feel like you’ve failed.

It’s when you’re staring at the laundry pile that never seems to shrink and thinking, ‘I’m so behind.’
It’s when you snap at someone you love and immediately spiral into guilt.
It’s when you eat something “off-plan” and start beating yourself up.

In those moments, self-compassion isn’t a luxury—it’s survival. It’s saying:
‘I’m human, and humans mess up.’
‘I’m allowed to have hard days.’
‘I’m doing my best with what I have right now.’

Self-compassion doesn’t mean letting yourself off the hook—it means pausing long enough to remind yourself that you’re worthy of kindness, even when you don’t feel like it. It’s knowing that grace isn’t something you earn—it’s something you deserve simply because you’re human.

What’s one thing you can say to yourself today that feels kind? Let me know—I’ll go first:
‘I’m proud of myself for showing up, even if it wasn’t perfect.’”
