If you can’t access the position, you can’t execute the skill.

Pickleball isn’t just about knowing what to do. It’s about whether your body can actually get there.

Limited ankle mobility? You won’t be able to bend your knees to get low.

Limited wrist flexion? Gonna be hard to have good technique for a roll volley.

Limited shoulder mobility? It’s going to be difficult to hit powerful overheads.

These movements happen all the time on the court. Over and over again.

If you can’t access them, you can’t execute them.

If you know what to do and maybe even your coach keeps telling you what to do, but you still can’t execute it… maybe your body doesn’t currently have the ability to execute it.

Address that, and things start to fall into place.

The number one supplement I recommend to my pickleball players: creatine.

✅ More available energy for explosive movement
✅ More power on your drives and putaways
✅ Faster reactions in speed-ups and firefights
✅ Mental focus during the game
✅ Better recovery between games

Small edge. Big difference.

I’ve been using the Create creatine gummies.

Both NSF certified and third-party tested.

They come in a variety of flavors and actually taste good. My two favorites are orange and blue raspberry.

Same exercise. Different standard.

I’m seeing way too many “upper-body” movements (that are really full-body) done with lazy positions, no real intent, and very little awareness.

Things that fire together, wire together.

What you allow in training is what shows up on court.
