Good journey of Ashtanga yoga lineage. Thank you for giving so much of yourself to healing the world.

When a yogi dies, ignorant people always have comments saying if the yogi was so healthy then why did they die of a disease, or health related issue? We are all working with genetics and conditions in our family history that we had no part of. The only thing that we can do is our best to make our lives as healthy, sustainable, and happy as possible.

Paramaguru Sharath Jois healed himself from his childhood related issues, and then went on to give those who were seeking techniques to empower, strengthen and to find peace and joy. In our eyes he died too soon, but we don't know the grand plan. His gift will be more precious than ever now that he is gone.

We should all be so blessed to live the life that we want, give back to others and then return to the source. Prayers to parmiguru's family and loved ones. πŸ™πŸΌπŸ’—
