Throw back to our campaign shoot with Bolden skin care. It was such an honor to be called in to this space to serve women in a way that just aligned so naturally with our brands mission. * I am a lover by nature and a healer by trade
* I am originally from Detroit MI, but I was raised in Georgia
* I currently live on the Caribbean Cost of Costa Rica and the decision to leave the USA completely altered my reality.
* I am a serious advocate for women’s rights and empowerment! Everything I do is for the Gworls mental, spiritual and physical wellbeing.
* I am 1 of 11 children between my parents
* Integrity, community, and authenticity are my moral standards

* Not only have I been a healer for the past 4 years (as a massage therapist) but I am also an artist extending from Music, digital content, modeling & everything in between.
* I have been vegetarian for 8 years now

We cannot practice Holistic Medicine in confidence without paying homage to the millions of medicine women who’ve come before us ⚕️

When I became a healer I knew I wanted to expand Holistic healing all over my community it hopes that it would allow us to heal without always taking to western medicine.

Homeopathic medicine is inherently our innate modality of wellness, practiced for centuries before the books of our ancestors were burned and we were taught to trust lab-grown medicine over our Mother Earth’s natural herbs and remedies.

Even I myself felt pulled more towards Holistic Medicine which resulted in my dropping out of College where I was taking up nursing. I was called to practice a medicine that not only spoke to the ailments of the body but also of the soul.

I like to think of natural medicine as a way to be a conduit in your own healing journey as well as a form of preventative health care.

When we practice ancient natural remedies we honor our bodies, our ancestors and our planet to heal us. It’s truly an honorary tradition to heal yourself through wellness practices like massage, Breathwork and sound therapy.

Y’all have been requesting retreats for the longest! Now the wait is almost over! Introducing solo retreats with Sage 🌿

Now that I have stepped from begin the massage table and into an even higher calling I am immensely excited to journey with you all world wide, healing, connecting and curating fresher perspectives on how you can align with the life you truly desire.

All retreats will be held in Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica 🏝️until further notice or upon request of a different destination.🛩️
