Happy Sunday All!

Compass Physical Therapy's first Injury Prevention Clinic for middle and high school students was a huge success! Not only does this this next generation prove that our futures are bright, but their willingness and eagerness to dive into a teaching clinic was exciting and beneficial for all! From soccer to softball, color guard, golf, track, basketball and everything in between, teams were represented and talents honed! Our team at Compass also enjoyed themselves, pouring into the youth and finding new teams to root for! Compass Physical Therapy, Pointing you in the right direction! At Compass Physical Therapy, we love connecting with the next generation of athletes! 🏃‍♀️⚽ This week, we had the privilege of chatting with a group of young athletes about ACL injuries—how they happen, why they’re more common as athletes progress to higher levels, and (most importantly) how to prevent them! 💪✨

By focusing on proper warm-ups and building strong habits early, these athletes can stay in the game longer and stronger. 🌟 Thanks for letting us be a part of pointing you in the right direction 🧭

You may see some new faces if you are a current patient at our Monroe clinic! We’re excited to announce that we’ve onboarded two new physical therapists. Everyone, meet Bradley and Charlotte!

They both graduated from Husson University in Bangor, Maine, where their passion for physical therapy was sparked by personal experiences with sports injuries. Seeing the lasting impact of physical therapy firsthand inspired their careers.

Married for one year, they’re also proud fur parents to two adventurous cats they bring along wherever they go! If you visit the Monroe clinic, be sure to give them a warm welcome!

That’s a wrap for 2024’s October Fundraiser! All three of our clinics came together to show their support for Apalachee Strong, proudly repping their shirts in honor of the cause. Thanks to your generosity, we raised $1,400 to support the families directly affected by the Apalachee School tragedy.

📢 October Fundraiser Alert 🎗️

Most of you know, or have been closely affected by, the tragedy that happened in Winder, GA less than a month ago. It has been incredible to see our community rise to the occasion, standing in the gap for those who are grieving. In response, we have dedicated this year’s fundraiser to supporting the families directly affected by this heartbreaking event.

We will be selling special t-shirts for $25, with all proceeds going to the families of the victims.

You can purchase your shirt in 2 ways:
