📢 LONG POST ALERT 📢
Worth The Read
I use to wonder why some people take many years to talk about traumatic and life altering events.....but now I understand .. .. COURAGE and HEALING from within has to happen in order to tell the story
I'm not looking for a payout ( I know he ain't got no money😂😂😂)
But I feel I can talk about it now.....

A few years ago I was in an abusive relationship and in denial because I thought I could change him.... (girl, you can't change a man! BELIVE ME!)

One of my Bestie's was on a weight loss journey and asked me to join her..No problem (I needed to shed a few pounds)
This doctor did an EKG as apart of his program COOL!
After the physical ....the nurse said the doctor will in to talk to me....my spirit immediately felt something was wrong
The doctor came in and began explaining to me the EKG finding....as he was talking I literally stopped listening because I couldn't believe what he was telling me
He said at some point recently I had a Heart Attack....say what!??????
My entire soul left my body!
I have never felt so helpless and alone in all my life!
He told me I couldn't do the program because of this and he was referring me to a heart doctor...huh?
I cried so hard! How is this even possible
When to the cardiologist and it was confirmed.
He began to explain the causes and I knew immediately how it happened....
I'm thinking THIS IS CRAZY how?
My ex had stressed me to the point I had a Heart Attack and didn't even know it happened but that's another story!
I learned a lot ....we woman (especially Black Women) TAKE CARE OF EVERYONE ...cause the world 🌎 is on rhe sidelined waiting on YOU to Fail!
Ladies take of yourself and NEVER let ANYONE take you there! Ain't worth it!
