We are looking for an experience Pool Repair/ Maintenance Professional to join our team.

Job description:

 Weekly
❏ Run pool filter and check plumbing for leaks
❏ Test and adjust alkalinity
❏ Test and adjust oxidizer/stabilizer
❏ Check and adjust water level
❏ Add preventative algaecide, as necessary
❏ Visually inspect pool water for clarity, color and visible contaminants
❏ Remove leaves and debris from pool/spa and deck
❏ Brush sediment from pool/spa from side walls
❏ Vacuum pool/spa
❏ Clean skimmer and inspect basket
❏ Check filter pressure and backwash, as necessary

Monthly
❏ Perform all weekly services
❏ Inspect all systems and components including, but not limited to, electrical service, filters, skimmers,
drains, ladders, drains, ladders, diving boards, plubs, gauges, etc.
❏ Lubricate fittings, valves, o-rings and plugs
❏ Inspect tile, grout, pool surface

We are searching for a highly skilled, diligent residential cleaner who takes pride in their work. The residential cleaner will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the household and its surrounds. Your responsibilities will include sweeping, washing, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and sanitizing all areas and surfaces. Residential Cleaner Responsibilities:

Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and washing floors, toilets, showers, tubs, driveways, windows, and counters.
Vacuuming carpets, upholstery, and any other dusty surface.
Cleaning all surfaces in the kitchen and bathroom.
Making beds and fluffing pillows.
Folding clean laundry.
Scrubbing and sanitizing all relevant surfaces.
Handling all furniture and appliances carefully.

Residential Cleaner Requirements:

High School diploma or similar.
Good knowledge of cleaning supplies and chemicals.
Ability to understand verbal and written instructions.
Ability to stand, sit, and stoop for long periods.
Polite disposition.
Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
