Being in the healthcare industry for over 22 years, I understand the level of care that patients need and the support that providers must have in order to thrive. As a single mother of six children and three grandchildren (soon to be four!), tending to the needs of those around me has always been my strong suit and a natural passion of mine. In 1999, I become a Certified Nursing Assistant from Fayetteville Technical Community College in Fayetteville, North Carolina. A few years later in 2003, I received my Registered Medical Assistant Diploma from Mandl School of Allied Health in New York, NY. Since then, I have been delivering both short and long-term care to patients of various ages, conditions, and medical backgrounds. I founded Kelstaff after witnessing the lack of proper care that individuals were receiving, and the strain that has been put on healthcare providers in recent years. My decades of hands-on experience, training, and education have led me to develop a strong skillset and understanding of the healthcare system and its standards, processes, and requirements. My goal with Kelstaff is to evolve the way that healthcare is offered to ensure both patients and providers receive the quality support, treatment, and care that they deserve.
