I would like to take a moment to say a few words about my incredible staff. In this profession, it is absolutely impossible to be a one-man show. My clock is 24 hours a day and I could not do it without these folks by my side. I feel they deserve the spotlight much more than me.

There are times I call them in the middle of the night to go with me when a loved one passes. Sometimes they will be up all night with me and still work a whole day with me the next day. Sometimes they work 12 hour days for 7 days straight.

Sometimes they see me taking on a lot at one time and take things off my plate.

Sometimes they just notice I’m running low on steam and take the reins for me to have some rest.

These folks help keep our facilities clean, grass trimmed, lots of behind-the-scenes work, and above all help ensure all our families have everything they need.

Never once did they complain or ask for anything in return; never once have they told me no or left me on my own.

Instead, they show up every time I call and give their all to every family we serve. They are caring, dedicated folks and I love them all dearly and appreciate everything they do for me and for our families.

This can be a hard industry to work in, but we have an amazing team who pour their hearts and souls into everything we do. I couldn’t do it without them. They are more than staff members; they are my family.

I love and appreciate you all, every single day.
