Live Your Yoga Immersion January 2022

God had a bigger plan for this one- the third time experiencing the gift that this program gives people through the lens of a leader AND a student.

A week that I had expected to be of support, but was instead a co-leader; while I was going through my own transformation. I got to witness three amazing women get their yoga teacher certification, but beyond that got to see them go deeper within themselves.

You see yoga is an all encompassing practice. It goes beyond the beautiful poses you do on your mat. It is the communion of your mind body and spirit. It can be practiced in form of play, dance, hikes, gatherings. It’s whatever will support you in coming back to presence and in welcoming ALL parts of you. It’s being with your fears, and having courageous honesty on what you need in the moment. It’s looking in the mirror and start seeing yourself beyond your physical appearance. It’s finding balance in the chaos by embracing that chaos. It’s healing ancestral wounds with family and letting the walls down to truly open your heart.

I also got to witness all the gifts my fellow leaders bring to the world. The play and culinary of , the wisdom and medicine of , the magic and presence of , and the authenticity and knowledge of . Together we were able to create a beautiful experience for our fellow yoginis and boy did they sure show their appreciation. This is what I got to witness this week. This is what this yoga teacher program offers- and I know there aren’t many (if any) like this out there.

Thank you , , for trusting us in providing these students what you gave us 10 months ago. Thank you for creating a program that supports others in coming home to themselves and that being the biggest tool a teacher can ever have.

✨The prayer that helped heal criminals in a psychiatric ward✨

This powerful ancient Hawaiian practice was used by Dr. Len, who without even seeing the patients, assisted in their healing at a ward of the Hawaiian State Hospital. The short end of the story is that he took it upon himself to review each file in an office of the hospital. In four years, the patients, who some were heavily medicated and in shackles, were able to walk free.

This is a perfect example that your inner work does not only help you heal yourself but also those around you (because we are all ONE). He would review each file and identify within himself how his own actions could’ve contributed to the patients’ mental challenges. Then he would use this prayer, with full intention and attention, to improve himself; and as a result he would do just that AND assist in the improvement of the patient.

Personal responsibility is something this world is not familiar with. There’s this tendency to think that admitting our wrongs make us weak… when in reality it adds to our power.

I encourage you to use this prayer every time someone wrongs you, and take responsibility on how you added to the equation. Take yourself out of the victim mentality, detach from the justifying stories in your mind, and rise to your power.

I love to use this technique with clients during our somatic sessions, and seeing the liberation and aliveness that is sparked as a result is priceless. From this space they are able and are more willing to take action toward their goal.

Forgiving ourselves for the judgements, actions, and misunderstandings of our past sets us free 🕊

The faint line of where land meets sea 🌅

As faint as the line between what your brain is registering as real and as imagined (there are MANY studies proving this).

Believe me when I tell you that you create your own reality ✨

In the past, I didn’t like to dream because of the disappointment I would experience if it didn’t come true. Such an innocent way to protect myself, but in reality I just shut myself down in the process. I know I’m not the only one in this, because I see the resistance to dream or visualize within my clients when we first start.

I feel as if society really took away the power of imagination and slaved us to a “practical” reality. To playing small and “smart”. At least that’s my story 🤷🏽‍♀️.

I am here to let you know you can play in both!

Your dream world is your manifestation muscle. In where you get aligned and center before you enter to visualize what it is that you want. To deepen it you get to discover what you desire beneath your material wants. Then start creating it with what you have today 💫

Home is where the heart is 💚

A famous quote that I deeply misunderstood. I would hear or see this quote and think that it was related to my relationships. My family, friends, partners… they were home. This belief led to me giving my heart away. With what I know now, I realize that calling these people home was so unfair to them and myself.

I had a shift while on a hike with an old friend. I mentioned something about going home back to our campsite, and he subtly responds with “we are home” and touches his heart. That is what is true, wherever I am in the world… I am home. Because my heart lives in me and no other human could ever do a good job at taking care of it but myself. So, with this truth, my home has gotten radically remodeled in the last year by taking back parts of it that I gave away.

My home is now affected by my own thoughts, beliefs, and actions and not that of others.
Just typing that gives me a deep sense of empowerment and liberation 💥

I am now a witness to the patterns that lead to stories where I give my heart away, and I remind myself that the fullness and sense of belonging can be cultivated in this very moment. The only energy that can assist me in this is that of God, and no one else.

I learned that telling someone that they have my heart is a disservice to all.

All the people I get to share my love with are just bonuses to the experience 🥰

It took some time to truly understand this quote to its highest meaning. Then, again it was perfect timing 🙃

A healing journey is that of coming home and into your heart 💕.

What a good day to call myself a Certified Holistic Coach!

Another certification on the books, this program really supported me in acknowledging the value in community.

Radiant has been in my coaching journey from the beginning, but I did not start my certification process with them.

My first certification, a process I did mainly on my own, was focused on mindset coaching. I was still in a “I have to do this on my own and be practical”mentality. Looking back I realize that it was just what I could manage at that time as step toward my calling.

Not until my purpose stated getting clearer and my mentality shifted did the opportunity of this program come. The program helped me review all the mindset tools that come with a coaching certification and MORE.

It fostered a community of different coaches from different parts of the world and brought the opportunity to see and appreciate the differences in this industry. It holds a space for radical acceptance of what is true for the self and support for the shifts that happen when one takes on the journey of a holistic coach.

What gets me most excited about this field is that there is abundance in the ways people can find support and guidance in aligning with what is true for them. I was able to see this through this program, and for that I am so grateful.

I look forward to growing more into the being I was brought on this world to be, and to co create with the connections made in this program toward helping people wake up to their truth.

A poem dedicated to me 🥰

At times I feel like I am making up for the many years I abandoned this little girl…

This year I invested in a year long program for the growth of my business. In which I came to find out that the growth would first begin with me…

I have completed 6 months of using coaching tools on my self, with the help of my peers, EVERY week (with 4 total weeks off) since January… and WOW. The amount of healing and understanding I have discovered does not equate to any financial investments or gains.

I found depths of myself I never realized I hid, and generated a whole different level of self love. The love I have for myself through my Creator. Deeply knowing what divine love looks like and understanding that my human self cannot equate to get there. I am blessed to have those moments of unconditional love rise from me, but know it’s impossible to me to always be at that level. Thankfully that love is always with me and holding my hand as I face challenges and places that activate my fear.

I wrote this poem after a spurt of inspiration from the book Be Love Now by . It felt so beautiful to write, feel, and believe these words. Now that I have completed 6 months of a journey of deep self discovery, as a celebration I am called to share it with you.

I know to some all this work seems unnecessary and perhaps overwhelming. However, if you give yourself a chance… you can open the doors to freedom from yourself. From the rules you unconsciously go by, from the lies you keep telling yourself, from worrying about the judgements of others, from running on a programming that no longer serves you.

It’s time for a software upgrade ✨

Trust me when I tell you that your soul is ready for you to get to know it 💚
