This is beautiful renovated ranch home with a basement on two acres in Monroe that I photographed. Matt Horne - Realtor with Coldwell Banker from Columbus, GA called me to photograph this listing for him. This is the one where I broke my ankle BEFORE photographing the listing. I was able to walk so I photographed the listing. I thought I just sprain my ankle until I went to the foot doctor four days later. I'm dedicated to my realtors. If I can photograph it, I will. :)

I took these pictures in early April; owner got multiple offers and CLOSED on May 5 for $462,000 in Tucker with 4 beds/2.5 baths, 3,231 sqft and a beautiful pool. My friend and realtor managed this inside the perimeter gem! From Tracy when the homeowners saw the pictures and they had an open house on a rainy weekend, “My clients are very pleased with the pictures. We're on track for at least 8 showings through tomorrow and already have an offer in hand and a couple more incoming. Thanks for helping to bring buyers out in this weather!”
