Now that we have the election results, allow me to introduce you to some results! My client never trained with me in person, but over the course of my custom 16 week program he achieved amazing results that are translating into future success in his health, fitness, and other areas of life.

I won’t bore you with all of the details, but here are some highlights of what he accomplished being coached by me for 16 weeks:

- lost 18 pounds (218 to 199.8)
- decreased body fat by nearly 3 percent (17.9 to 15.2)
- lost 8 pounds of fat 😳
- increased energy and stamina
- improved confidence
- back on track mentally, physically, and spiritually

benefitted tremendously from working with a true professional who guarantees results for clients who do the work.

How can you attain success if you don’t know what that means to YOU? I emphasize “you” because we often get distracted by the “successful” lives of others, especially on social media. That may lead us to believe we lack what makes us happy, when we ultimately have lacked the vision to define it.

Just as you wouldn’t go to any unknown destination without a GPS, don’t pursue any venture in life without first creating YOUR roadmap to success.

Woke up to this text message. I literally was sitting on the bed looking at the window talking to God about everything I’m thankful for. Then I open my phone to see these messages from one of my online clients.

When it comes to losing belly fat, getting toned arms, legs, and back, knowing what kind of meals to keep in rotation are a major key.

Living a plant based/vegan lifestyle makes some of us quite susceptible to weight gain due to the amount of high carb foods we consume on a regular basis. One solution I like to practice and preach is cycling carbs.

In short, you want to have your highest carb meals/days around the most intense activities/days. And lower carb meals otherwise to maximize fat loss and ensure we reach the body & health goals we’re determined to achieve.

Saying “I love myself” isn’t enough. Unfortunately we judge ourselves too much for those words to be all we need to change the way we think and ultimately change our reality. We must do things that build self efficacy and align our self-concept with who we ideally want to be.

Start that new business you’ve been thinking about. Go back to school to be an attorney, therapist, doctor, etc. Make healthier eating choices. Get more active. Whatever it’s it. Do it. That’s real self-love.

There are definitely things we cannot control in this world, today. That is also true for our lives in general. But there is so much we can control. Most importantly, our attitude and our effort. So for whoever needs to see this here you go!
