Dewayne Crowder, a Memphis native and University of Memphis graduate, has emerged as a dedicated leader in public service. With over a decade of experience in healthcare, education, and workforce development in Metro Atlanta, he has helped countless individuals through job training and employment placement. As the Founder and Executive Director of A VISION 4 HOPE, INC., Dewayne works to support youth, seniors, and the LGBTQ community through various outreach programs. His initiatives include feeding the hungry, educating first-time homebuyers, and providing after-school tutoring for children. Dewayne is a passionate visionary committed to creating a stronger, more supportive community for all.

Jaimee K. Colvin, a Cincinnati native, comes from a proud lineage of women in healthcare, inspired by her late grandmother Anna Belle Fields, one of the first African American nurses in the U.S. Military. With over 18 years of nursing experience, she has specialized in critical care, including MSICU and CVICU, and holds a BSN from the College of Mount St. Joseph and an MSN from Indiana Wesleyan University, where she graduated with honors. Jaimee made history by founding Community Urgent Care Plus, the first African American woman-owned urgent care clinic in her community, offering culturally competent care to diverse populations. She is also a dedicated educator, mentor, and advocate for health equity, recognized for her work with honors such as the “Black Business Spotlight” award by 100.3 Cincy’s RnB Station and Walker Funeral Homes. Currently, she serves as a provider at Carl Bean Men’s Health & Wellness Center, where she continues her mission of patient-centered care and community service. Her career reflects a lifelong passion for advancing healthcare access and outcomes, especially for underserved communities.

Cedrick Harris is a visionary whose journey from military service to global fashion acclaim is rooted in discipline, resilience, and community impact. A proud veteran and master tailor, he channels his precision and creativity into both high fashion and HIV advocacy, using his platform to uplift and empower. Cedrick’s artistry gained early recognition from his community and has since reached international runways, including Paris, where his work has been celebrated for its individuality and meticulous craftsmanship. Beyond fashion, his true passion lies in service—through organizations like A Vision 4 Hope and the Carl Bean Men’s Health & Wellness Center, he provides support and visibility to those affected by HIV/AIDS. From offering free testing at “The Sweet Spot” to promoting sexual health and housing access, Cedrick tailors resources with the same care he gives his garments. Holmes Jr. He is a seasoned public health professional with over 12 years of leadership experience, specializing in advancing health equity and supporting individuals living with HIV. Currently serving as a Medical Case Manager at the Carl Bean Men’s Health & Wellness Center, he provides client-centered care focused on treatment adherence and stigma reduction. Dana holds both a Master and Bachelor of Science in Public Health from South University, graduating with a 3.93 GPA. His career includes roles as a Patient Health Navigator and Prevention & Retention Specialist at A Vision 4 Hope, where he connected underserved populations to critical health services. Known for his collaborative leadership, Dana has held supervisory roles in safety coordination and contributes to public health education as a member of South University’s Program Advisory Committee.
