I've been seeing advertisements all over Facebook and instagram. Have you been seeing them? After seeing her advertisements for a few weeks, I've started to see copycat advertisements pop up. Now, this does not mean these people were not doing these type of workouts already. I have no idea, but I know I did not see any one of them before she started putting out her advertisements. But that's not the point of this post lol.
If you look at her fitness type, it is very fluid in motion. She targets on strength and endurance, but specifically on motion. How is that important? You know how as you age, you may start to have aches and pains here or there? You might find your back is a little stiffer on Monday than it was on Sunday, and not know the source. Mobility exercises were historically targeted towards the elderly, but they are so beneficial for younger people as well! Flexibility reduces injury and just helps us move around in our daily lives.
If you don't want to going Kaisafit's program (I'm not joining [YET] because I’ve already paid for Beachbody On Demand, and I love it), I encourage you to google mobility exercises.
Afterall, health and fitness isn't all about being skinny. What can your body do? How do you get around? How do you feel? Very important things to consider.
