Been focusing heavy on consistency lately, so I decided to see what the numbers are saying 👀

📊 InBody Breakdown (10/16/25)
• Weight: 176.1 lbs
• Skeletal Muscle Mass: 59.3 lbs
• Body Fat Mass: 68.3 lbs
• Body Fat %: 38.8%
• Visceral Fat Level: 14 (on the higher side — next focus area)
• Basal Metabolic Rate: 1426 kcal 🔥
• InBody Score: 74

What this tells me:
🧩 Muscle is holding steady but there’s still room to cut down body fat and tighten up composition.
💧 My hydration balance is solid (78.5 lbs total body water) but I could use some more.
⚖️ The goal now is recomp — building more lean muscle while trimming fat for better strength, energy, and body control.
