Long video BUT my actual experience within the first months of taking . At this point I had only been using Jamaican which is still my favorite. Shout out to my🇯🇲🔌!
I would say there was about 3-4 tablespoons in the blender before I added the water. It was like the ultimate flush that had my energy level
On 🔟. is upon us! I hope you are consistently taking yours.
