I used to try to โ€œtargetโ€ my back and get frustrated when it wouldnโ€™t change. The truth isโ€ฆ your body loses fat where it wants to, not where you want to.

This difference came from boring, consistent habits:
โ€ข moving my body daily
โ€ข drinking more water
โ€ข eating more protein
โ€ข not giving up after bad days

If your back, stomach, or arms are the last to change โ€” youโ€™re not doing anything wrong. Just keep going.
