One of my biggest 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 struggles in my weight loss journey is, allowing the time it’ll take to reach my goals to discourage me 😫
I still take action and continue to show up, but boyyy is it annoying and challenging 😑
A lot of times, it feels like nothinggg is happening on a day-to-day basis.
Like, why do I have to put in all this work just to lose 5lbs⁉️ 🥲
I’ll be honest…sometimes my thoughts are extremely close to making me quit, eat a surplus of chips and dip, and not exercise.
But, as I always share…whether or not we feel like taking action, 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗱𝗼 (𝗼𝗿 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗱𝗼) 𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗮 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲.
This is why it’s important to have a strong and meaningful 𝙒𝙃𝙔!
My 𝘞𝘏𝘠 is always strong enough to get me off my behind to workout, meal prep, and stick to my plan! 📅
𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗱 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘄…it’s normal, sis! I have many of those days.
You just have to literally SPEAK BACK to those doubts, re-affirm yourself, ask God for strength, and take it 𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 one day at a time! 🩷
