I won’t lie — some days I wanted to give up. Some days I felt like nothing was happening. But I stuck to simple, repeatable habits every day.⁣

In April 2025, I decided to recommit to reaching my weight loss goal. ⁣

I was done teetering around the goal & wanted to focus on improving my health & staying more consistent (specifically over the weekends 🤭) ⁣

The tips in the video helped me a lot‼️⁣

If it seems simple, it’s because it is. (Keep in mind that simple ≠ easy) ⁣

When I got back serious with my weight loss journey, there were many days I didn’t feel like doing my walk at home workouts 😮‍💨⁣

But the most important mindset change that helped me lose over 40lbs is…⁣

I can cook so many different meals with the foods I bought, so whenever I get bored I just switch it up a bit. ☺️⁣

It doesn’t have to be hard. And you don’t have to eat foods you don’t enjoy! ⁣

Just remember ➡️ Protein. Fruits. Veggies. Healthy carbs. Healthier alternative sweets. 🤤 ⁣

For a long time, I thought I needed more motivation.⁣

What I really needed was honesty. 🫢⁣

Nothing changed until I simplified everything.⁣

I started exercising at home. 🏡 ⁣
