12 months, countless habits, and a lot of consistency later… a lot of my belly fat is finally gone. 🙌🏽
I won’t lie — some days I wanted to give up. Some days I felt like nothing was happening. But I stuck to simple, repeatable habits every day.
Here’s what I want you to know if you’re on your own journey:
✨ Progress isn’t always obvious at first
✨ Small, daily wins compound
✨ Consistency > perfection
✨ You don’t need a huge calorie deficit - it just needs to be a *slight* one
✨ Completely eliminating your favorite foods just might mean you’re doing this wrong 🤨
