One of my biggest ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ฎ๐น struggles in my weight loss journey is, allowing the time itโll take to reach my goals to discourage me ๐ซโฃ

I still take action and continue to show up, but boyyy is it annoying and challenging ๐โฃ
โฃ
A lot of times, it feels like nothinggg is happening on a day-to-day basis. โฃ
โฃ
Like, why do I have to put in all this work just to lose 5lbsโ๏ธ ๐ฅฒโฃ

Iโll be honestโฆsometimes my thoughts are extremely close to making me quit, eat a surplus of chips and dip, and not exercise. โฃ

But, as I always shareโฆwhether or not we feel like taking action, ๐๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ฒ ๐ฑ๐ผ (๐ผ๐ฟ ๐ฑ๐ผ๐ปโ๐ ๐ฑ๐ผ) ๐ถ๐ ๐๐๐ถ๐น๐น ๐ฎ ๐ฐ๐ต๐ผ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ. โฃ

This is why itโs important to have a strong and meaningful ๐๐๐! โฃ

My ๐๐๐ is always strong enough to get me off my behind to workout, meal prep, and stick to my plan! ๐

You just have to literally SPEAK BACK to those doubts, re-affirm yourself, ask God for strength, and take it ๐ญ๐ช๐ต๐ฆ๐ณ๐ข๐ญ๐ญ๐บ one day at a time! ๐ฉทโฃ
