So there’s a story behind this hamburger: used to be called a Bulgogi burger made with dumpling sauce; but in September 2024, while serving it to my seven & nine year-old grandchildren-Max (the youngest one) ate 4 of them so it’s now called the Max burger. Ben took the sauce & put it on bowls of rice. He ate three bowls of white rice with dumpling sauce, then picked up the rest of the sauce & drank the last 2 ounces in the container. After saying I was gonna name it Ben sauce, he said no-call it grandpa sauce; hence the name B & G sauce was born.
So how do you make a max burger? Add 2 ounces of BNG sauce to 1/4 pound of hamburger, mix & cook the burger. Top with Swiss cheese or cheddar cheese; add mushrooms, peppers and/or onions if you like. It is absolutely delicious!
