Love Your NeighborAs Yourself

I believe the Lord is once more using the goodness of His people to meet the challenges during these days. God has shown us through His word, how we must become the shining light on the hill we were meant to be. Our country has many times been called to exhibit the principles this nation was founded on. Once more we are called to show God’s light in the darkness.

In the New Testament, which is now the Covenant, we see Jesus telling a Pharisee what the greatest commandment is “Love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your “soul and with all your mind.”

But Jesus continues. There is a second which is “Love Your neighbor as yourself".

Today, as much as any time in our nation’s history our neighbors need love. Some people have lost their jobs and are worried about how to pay their rent or feed their families. Some doctors, nurses, and first responders are asked to spend countless hours each day exposing themselves to the deadly virus. There are sick and elderly in nursing homes who are shut off from their families. God can use the love of Christ expressed by his followers to make a difference. Pray for guidance on what you can do.

Continue to pray and to show God’s love to your neighbors and our country. Let Easter 2020 truly be a time of New Birth for all of us.

DOC UPDATE FEB 13 - After three weeks of new medication and your prayers, Doctor Marvin (my father) is gaining strength and feeling much better. With each day he is eating more and gaining strength. He starts hormone therapy in a week and his physician is very confident that this will be very successful. Thank you again for continuing to keep him and Audine (my mother) in your prayers and we are truly blessed for the outpouring of love and support.

Thank you all for the prayers and support you've shown in your comments about my recent health challenges. I want to assure you that God is good and He is working His will in my care. I was encouraged to learn from my doctor that he is very confident that the problems with my prostrate can be treated with medication and I have already begun this treatment. I would like to ask that you continue to pray for me as over the past several months I have lost quite a bit of weight and need to gain more appetite and start putting weight back on. In the past week, I have started eating more and that is a good thing. Audine has been a wonderful support and I ask that you pray for her as we face this together. UPDATE: First of all, thank everyone who has taken the time to comment or otherwise express their concerns for Dr. Marvin. We wanted to give everyone an update and a little more information.

Like many of his contemporaries, Dr. Marvin has been dealing with prostrate problems associated with age. These problem increased over the past several months and became of concern to the point of seeking medical help from a Urologist. Being new to the Atlanta area we were not sure who to choose and are blessed that through a Sunday School class the Lord introduced to a retired Urologist who had practiced in the area and referred us to a wonderful physician specialist.

Dr. Marvin met with his new doctor and the two hit it off and gave us all in the family a sense of confidence. Scans were ordered to determine what, if any cancer exists and if so, to what degree. We are so grateful that today we learned that while the prostate is cancerous it has only metastasized in very localized and limited areas. Dr. Marvin's Urologist is confident that it can be treated into remission with medication and h e started that treatment today.

We place our faith and belief in God, our Father and know that his will is most important. Of course as family we are pleased to hear that the prognosis is very good and look forward to many more years together.

Please continue to keep Dr. Marvin in your prayers and lift him up for strength and healing. We know that there is healing power in the name of Jesus and we claim that truth for Dr. Marvin. God Bless you our friends. - The family

We are asking everyone for prayer for Dr. Marvin. He has been ill over the past several months and has gone through a series of tests. We believe in the power of prayer and ask everyone to lift him up in the name of our savior for strength and healing. - God Bless our Lifevantage Family.

Thank all of you who send me birthday wishes. I had a wonderful day. In fact, about 3 days of celebration. I believe that Dr. M. posted the picture of me and the beautiful flowers that I received. I am believing for about 20 more years. I might as well try to break records as long as I am counting on the Protandim to continue helping me in the Anti-aging field. If you aren't on it, you're missing a wonderful chance to grow old with grace. Join me in going for the '"gold".
