Nutritionist Zain Syed Proactive Health Coach It was just like a lightning bolt hit me when a few years ago I had a rude awakening to discover that I was a borderline diabetic.

I asked an innocent question to my Doctor that why I wasn’t informed about it earlier even though I had my regular blood reports. He didn’t have any answer as they are only taught in black & white to treat a disease in a reactive manner after its onset, instead of prescribing preventive measures before the onset! I further asked him what can I do to contain or prevent this disease instead of taking medicine. But he had no clue except to force reactive Medicines on me. I left his office disappointed but determined to reverse this mother of all disease with a lifestyle change. But I had no Clue or Knowledge where and how to start my crusade. However, I started by interviewing the suffering people one after the other and doing my own research to discover that it can be managed fairly well thru proper Nutritious Diet Plan, exercise, and total lifestyle modifications. I acquired online certification and joined a Prediabetic Clinic in Atlanta to regularly monitor my body & to consistently test it with different ground-based foods to find out what is the best source to effectively manage it. I removed Simple Carbs from my diet and went on VEGGIES basically along with BEANS, SEEDS, BERRIES & FRUITS with some Meats. I started seeing amazingly positive results and I became healthier day & night moving forward. Started looking & feeling younger day by day and incorporated different exercises including swimming routinely. From hardly a 25 meters swimming I reached over 1000 meters in a few weeks. All due to the healthy ground-based veggies diet I adopted. From then on I started my crusade against this deadly mother of all diseases called DIABETES by helping, educating & creating awareness in the people who are suffering from this ever-increasing epidemic disease! Hence I am here at this stage with numerous people following me thru my website “thenutristyle.org”, FaceBook page Nutritionist Zain Syed and Nutristyle Ladies & Men Whatsapp groups. Please watch almost straight & stable graph of the blood glucose all night long after going down gradually at 9pm after a healthy dinner at 7pm.
The point is the healthier & earlier the dinner is the stabler the blood sugar is over night.
The heathy dinner here was a big bowl full of green leafy 🥬 salad first then a small bowl of bone broth with nutritional yeast & mushroom and then a big bowl of meat protein & cut whole wheat dish and dessert of mixed fruit Greek yogurt an hour after dinner and lastly on time early sleep resulting in the stable blood glucose all night long.
Therefore, it takes a good planning & practical applications to live with a stable blood glucose resulting in healthy organs and overall physical condition.
