We're constantly trying to impress on people that it's different genetics, different agronomy, different processing, different products, different consumer experience. And so, for that, the regulatory framework needs to be considered very different."

Calling on all our followers, friends, and supporters. As the government readied to reopen, anti-h**p legislation was buried in the funding bill, which the Senate quickly passed, then made its way through the House, and was signed by the President.

If this language remains, it would:
• Kill 325,000+ American jobs
• Wipe out a 70 billion dollar industry
• Harm veterans, seniors, and patients who depend on h**p for their well-being, as well as farmers and small business owners
• Push consumers toward unregulated foreign-made alternatives
• Strip away access to safe, legal, and tested products like CBD, CBN, and Delta 8

The fight is not over, but we need your help. We have created a link in our bio that makes it easy to contact the White House and ask them to remove the h**p ban. We are looking for regulation, without prohibition. 📢 Thank You!
