Hey Sis,

If we're being honest, we often don't treat our bodies as the temples they are. We neglect ourselves in many ways and then look for quick fixes. The lasting results you want come from your relationship with yourself, with God, and with what you eat and why. This isn't a diet; it's a lifestyle.
