We come to your gym, office or event. We use hydrostatic weighing to determine your body fat percentage and lean mass. This method is The Gold Standard; the method to which every other method compares themselves to for accuracy! If you've ever struggled to lose "that last 5 pounds," it COULD be because it's not there to lose. We focus on moving the needle on your fat percentage & lean mass.
