The services I provide are deliverable in electronic files or paper, including foam board mounting for presentations and include: Autocad DWG, DXF or DWF files. JPG, TIFF and PDF Image files. Paper sizes range from 8.5x11, 11x17 or large formats including C, D and E sizes. Widths of 24" and 36" and lengths up to 150 feet. Services include:
> "Square Feet" graphic for leasing space. Building outline with dividing walls, parking etc.
> Provide a comprehensive conceptual site plan for commercial or residential development such as office, medical office, retail, hotels, sports complexes, mixed use, parking additions, parking decks cluster homes, townhouses or single family within your time designation.
> Parking ratios, tractor trailer parking, calculations for estimating retaining walls, storm water detention areas.
> Assistance with budgeting for site investigation and due dilligenge for land acquisition.
> Aerial Location Photographs - with site plan or other provided images overlaid onto site in photo.
> Take-offs for linear curb distances, square feet of a parking lot for asphalt numbers or approximate acreage of a property, net or gross.
> Graphic depiction of a legal description using metes and bound calls.
> Foam board mounting of large prints for presentations.
