Live Stronger Longer I have been using Beachbody products for over a year, and I am the strongest I have ever been! And I got much better results!

I used to go to the gym, but then I decided to start working out at home. After a year of using BB products, and raving about these products and how they changed me, I realized that it was less expensive to become a coach (just for the discount on Shakeology). After a lot of thought, I decided that I would invest some time in building my team because I really do have a passion for health and fitness! (With one child in elementary school and one in preschool, I figured now was a good time- be home playing with my children in the afternoon and spend just a couple hours a day doing something I love- working out and talking about health/fitness!)

It is important to eat at regular intervals, ideally every 3-5 hours. This helps to keep blood sugar levels stable. Skipping meals or reducing your calorie intake does not help control weight in the long term.

Think of this the next time you are having a hard time working out: "Your mind fails before your body does when working out! It's too easy to listen to that "you gotta stop" in your head. Just set a small goal as soon as you hear that, push for 2 mins more or just 5 more reps etc..you can actually push your body to meet that goal and then re-set another small one."
