Kat Secor has officially joined Femmes Fatale Paintball Team

Kat shared, "I am incredibly excited to reunite with the Femme Fatales. They were the very first national team I played for (at 15 years old, in 2005) and this move feels as though I’m coming home. With all the potential I see in the players, the knowledge of the coaches, and structure of the organization, the Femmes are poised for greatness.

I am humbled and honored that Tami, Todd, and the team have opened up this opportunity to me and I'm excited to be a piece of that puzzle to help it all come together. I’m determined to show that it is POSSIBLE to realize the dream of competing as a high level female athlete, despite chronic pain and physical limitations.

My Comeback Story is just beginning.

Love these ladies!

Yesterday, July 24th, Destiny’s female athletes competed at the Amateur Paintball Event Series in Pittsburgh and finished in the Top 4 with 10 D4 Xball teams in the division!!

🙏Huge thanks to Makala Brooks for connecting us to this event series and love what they’re doing to build this amateur paintball series. 🎉Congratulations to Team Punish ‘Em for taking home the 1st place finish.

We are so very proud of 👏 Destiny’s Team who rostered at this APES event, who are as follows:

Jackie Lon
Liz Sousa
Makala Brooks
Jessi Maiolo

These athletes worked hard leading up to this event and worked together even behind the scenes to be a tough team to beat. Placing in 4th out of 10 teams is a good finish that we are very proud of.

Katie & Gno’s daughter, Bailey, was there to support and Gno was there to show his coaching support again.

Thanks to all those that supported the squad in the Pittsburgh summer’s heat ! We are looking forward to the next one! Stay tuned!

Coming out of anesthesia yesterday looking up at the nurse and saying, “OH MY GOSH Jackie Lon! I can’t believe you’re here helping me in recovery!!”

Ps: was 3000 miles away 😝. Nurses must get a KICK out of what people say when they are waking up.
