We strongly recommend scheduling regular physicals and screenings for cancer, diabetes, and heart disease, as well as annual well-woman exams and Pap smears for our female patients.

Blood Pressure is measured by two numbers:

1. 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞- the pressure in your arteries when your heart beats. Normal is less than 120 mmHg.

2. 𝐃𝐢𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞- the pressure in your arteries when your heart is at rest between beats. Normal is less than 80 mmHg.
