This week has been full of emotions—joy, grief, gratitude, and uncertainty, all woven together.
Our Laughter Yoga family lost a talented Master Trainer and supporter of fellow Laughter Yogis. My heart is with all who knew and loved Duncan. I will miss his constant cheers for us on to keep sharing our laughter. His joy, kindness, and spirit live on in every giggle, every deep breath, every playful moment we share.
If you feel called to support his wife, Sue, during this difficult time, a GoFundMe page has been set up to assist her:

At the same time, yesterday we celebrated 30 years of Laughter Yoga—three decades of people around the world coming together to lift each other up through joy! It’s a reminder that no matter what’s happening in the world or in our personal lives, laughter can be an anchor, a refuge, and a way to stay connected to what’s good.
Keep on keeping on, my friends. 💛
