Call For Speakers
Calling all industry experts and thought leaders in healthcare access, call centers, contact centers and customer service! We’re seeking speaker proposals for our 34th Annual HCCT (Healthcare Contact Center Times Conference) from June 4-6, 2025 at The Atlanta Marriott Northwest at Galleria.
This is an excellent opportunity to share your experiences, insights and success stories. Sessions are 45 minutes, including an audience Q&A.
We’re particularly interested in topics about:
Staffing, training and employee engagement
Leadership development and management skills
Technology implementations: Successes and challenges
Creative, innovative solutions to the most annoying problems you’ve faced
Customer service best practices
Case studies on specific topics or initiatives: Tell us what went well (or didn’t)
Help us create a comprehensive and enriching program that will empower attendees to excel in their roles and drive positive change within their organizations.
