Helping people heal was never ever random for me… it was revealed.⁣

Being part indigenous isn’t just something I say with pride it’s in how I serve. In how I choose. In how I pour. In how I care for people’s bodies like they’re sacred… because in the core of my spirit, you are.⁣

In Indigenous culture, healing is never separated from daily life.⁣
⁣
The medicine keeper… the herbalist… the midwife… the one who knew which roots cooled inflammation and which leaves purified blood…. these roles were spiritual assignments. ⁣
⁣
I didn’t step into healing for profit… I stepped into it because I am called.⁣
⁣
I don’t just look at fruits and vegetables as ingredients I see them as plant medicine.⁣
⁣
🌿 Greens that oxygenate the blood⁣
🌿 Roots that fight inflammation⁣
🌿 Fruits that restore depleted energy⁣
🌿 Herbs that calm the nervous system⁣

When I’m building blends, it’s intuitive… ancestral… guided. Like I’m being led to put specific ingredients together not just for flavor, but for function.⁣
