Our daughter has been a Plantbased Vegan since birth, she’s never consumed any processed foods at all!
Her juice is made by juicing fresh fruits & I wake up at 5:30 every rising faithfully to prepare her meals.
Because I’ve been a bit overwhelmed lately with being a small business owner, wife, mother, etc. I’ve been playing around with easier recipes and ideas to take some of the load off of me.
While it would’ve been nice to provide her with a quick meal, I truly appreciate her showing me that she can tell the difference between real food and processed food. This has reassured me that I have been on the right path & that being lazy when it comes to her nourishment is not an option!
To all of the people/ mothers on this Plantbased journey: it might get tough at times, but please don’t give up and receiver why you’re doing it!

This was hands down one of the nastiest creations I’ve ever come up with! I have no idea what the vision was, I just know I was hungry and wanted something that actually had nutritional value.
I ended up eating 2 of them before I couldn’t stomach it anymore! Oh, did I mention that I also had black beans & collards in that chickpea mix? And I forgot to make a dipping sauce so it was extra dry!!! 🤢 NEVER AGAIN!
Sometimes you have to laugh it off and move forward, in this case, I threw it in the trash and ate the quinoa mix by itself, which was much better.
🤣 @ myself as I continue to grow, make mistakes and embrace them!

I’ve decided to transition back to raw vegan eating habits over the next couple of weeks. I remember how full of life my body was when I created a space of vibrant, abundant energy.
My skin was glowing, I put on very healthy weight, reduce my anxiety & even got a b***y! 🤣 I will not be fully raw, more of 80/20 with 20% consisting of nuts, quinoa and other ancient grains.
This way of consuming life also helped me to get pregnant after losing 2 babies. I’m eating for life and letting go of the bo***ge and boundaries caused by unhealthy eating habits.
I’ll be sharing this with you, hopefully it will inspire new recipes and give others an idea on how one can improve their relationship with food.
