🌿 When the liver speaks, the gallbladder listens
AST and ALT are liver enzymes often seen on blood work. When they’re elevated, it’s a sign the liver is carrying a heavier burden than it was designed to hold.
In the body’s divine design, the liver creates bile, a sacred fluid that helps us digest, release, and move forward. The gallbladder holds and delivers that bile at the right time.
When the liver is overwhelmed:
• Bile can become thick or stagnant
• Flow may slow or become blocked
• The gallbladder is forced to compensate
• This imbalance can lead to inflammation, stones, pain and in many cases, gallbladder removal which was recommended to me.
The gallbladder is often blamed, but the imbalance usually begins upstream in the Liver.

Thank you all for your 🙏🏽 and support, I am doing amazing!!!
God has really blessed me to know what to do once I got the needed information via lab work. Many people have asked why I went to the hospital if I have certain credentials and experience and it's simple; when you're in a true emergency situation you SHOULD seek medical attention! Hospitals are created not only for trauma, but for situations (like mine) when there is an acute attack with an unknown source.
Having the benefit of all of the necessary equipment/lab in a space that can provide results quickly and is vital to understanding the cause of symptoms. Now, when it comes to treatment, that's a different story! Understanding Human Anatomy & Physiology, along with the study of Herbs, Environment, Wellness etc. really does help when on your journey to healing your body.
One thing I wish everyone would do is STOP comparing yourself to others! You are an individual and everyone's body does not react the same way! While we experience many similarities along our journey's, everything that works for you may not for someone else! There are so many variables to take into consideration that we are exposed to daily and may not even realize. This healing/health journey is not one size fits all! The most knowledgeable person will stumble, the person who believes they know everything will have doubt at times and it's perfectly normal. Take it one day at a time and continue to be open to learning and helping others at the same time.

Psyllium Husk
* Acts like a sponge, absorbing toxins and waste in the intestines while promoting regular bowel movements.
* Gently cleanses the colon and prevents toxin reabsorption
How to use:
* 1 teaspoon in 8–10 oz of water or juice once or twice daily.
* Take with water to avoid constipation.
Bentonite Clay
* Carries a negative charge that attracts positively charged toxins, heavy metals, and impurities in the gut.
* Helps reduce reabsorption of toxins during detox.
* Supports gut health, clears waste, and balances pH.
How to use:
* Mix ½–1 teaspoon in water or juice (non-metal spoon) and drink away from meals or supplements.
* Take with plenty of water to prevent constipation.
Activated Charcoal (food grade)
* Adsorbs (binds to) toxins, chemicals, and gases in the digestive tract so they can be eliminated.

Have you ever tried this daily shot?
This is a variation of the recipe recommended by my mentor . This is the first time it's hurt my stomach, but I do know lemon juice and ACV are highly acidic outside of the body and can at times cause irritation in certain cases. Benefits below 👇
🫒 Olive Oil
* Rich in monounsaturated fats (especially oleic acid), which help reduce inflammation and oxidative stress.
* Contains antioxidants like vitamin E and polyphenols that can help protect liver cells from damage.
* Some studies suggest olive oil helps reduce fat accumulation in the liver, beneficial in nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD).
🌶 Cayenne Pepper (Capsaicin)
* Contains capsaicin, which can boost circulation and metabolism.
* May promote bile flow and digestive enzyme secretion, indirectly supporting the liver’s detox functions.
* Anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects could help protect tissues & the mucus membrane.
🍋 Lemon Juice
* Provides vitamin C and citric acid, which can help prevent kidney stone formation by increasing urinary citrate levels.
* The antioxidants in lemon juice may help reduce oxidative stress in the liver.
* Stimulates bile production and aids digestion.

I am so grateful for the overwhelming amount of support I've received throughout my journey to wellness. This has really proven to me that no matter how much you think you know about your body, herbs, wellness and proper nourishment, there's always a new lesson to learn.
