Greetings and Welcome,
We hope all is well with you and your family today!
You don't have to face this difficult time in your life alone. We are here for you. You don't need to share with everyone, maybe with some or even a few. Take your time, breathe, breathe again, take a walk, and talk to someone.
Remember who you are!: I am brilliant, I am confident, and I am remarkable! I am... May your faith stay with you! From every difficulty comes a discovery (about yourself, the people around you, or both); be deliberate in action to seek this new discovery!
For anyone grieving or thinking of harming themselves, we are kneeling with and for you and your family. May you be surrounded by love, comfort, peace, joy, grace, kindness, hope, compassion, care, and mercy. We condole with you!
Sometimes, the common theme is where someone can access counseling support (individual, couples, and family counseling).
If you have children in elementary, middle, or high school. You can speak to the professional school counselor or the school social worker. They can provide you with a list of counseling professionals in your area.
If you have insurance, you can call the number on the back of your insurance card.
You can access your employee assistance program (EAP) as part of your benefits.
If you are in college, you can go to the student health services center. You can also dial 988, the crisis hotline.
Here are a few websites you can also access for professional counseling and support.
