Feeling enormously grateful that I had insurance and the replacement phone arrived within 24 hours. The reloading and restoring was much harder. Three trips to a Verizon location and it didn’t work. Finally called Tech support and it was not easy and for some reason things were not working properly. But finally thank goodness I was dealing with someone experienced and he worked around every problem. After 2 hours on the phone Again…….. he came thru and my iCloud began to restore and back up. And my phone activated finally. But then it took another couple of hours to restore from ICloud because I have quite a few pictures on my phone.

So today I went from beyond frustrated and ready to start banging my head against the wall or poking my eyes out to being extremely grateful. Need to finish backing up all of my pictures for sure.
