We challenged our dental practices to a pumpkin decorating contest and they delivered some "Boo-tiful" creations. The grand prize winner was Wave Dental Specialists Detroit for their on brand, beach theme pumpkin. It even had live fish in the fish bowl 🎃🎃

Dental Whale Practice Group 2023 Summit was at sea this year. We sailed to the Bahamas, had a fun beach day, hosted our traditional awards banquet celebrating our Top Doc, Hygiene Heroes, and Operations Managers, and we had a full education day. Happy Managers Appreciation Month. At Dental Whale Practice Group, our managers are such an important part of our offices and overall company culture. We appreciate every thing they do to serve their patients and serve their teams.

Dental Whale Practice Group staff work hard and play hard. Our dental practices and remote central business office team members celebrated Christmas in July. They decorated their offices, wore Christmas attire, and gave "gifts" to patients.

Each month, Dental Whale Practice Group hosts a clinical webinar for our providers and staff. Typically, we hire outside vendors and speakers to discuss innovative clinical topics. This month, we were very proud to have one of our own as our speaker. Dr. Amr Hassan is a dentist at our Apex Dental office in Wesley Chapel, FL. and his passion is dental implants. He presented a great lecture on the general dentist's economical approach to adding implants to their scope of work. Great job Dr. Hassan.

We launched our very 1st Lead Dental Assistant Development Program. This program has a dental assistant from every one of our practices. They meet weekly to learn about topics like supply budgeting, leadership skills, compliance, and much more.

The staff at our Palm Beach Gardens, FL office enjoyed some fun outside of the practice. They celebrated their strong 1st quarter by having a soap making party, with much creativity and many laughs. We all decided if Dr. Blake Willoughby retires from dentistry, he has a 2nd career in soap making 😁
