Tiny Yogis Tiny Yogis ages 2-12 learn how to breathe, stretch, meditate and balance. Mantras teach them to manage their emotions. Visualization teaches them to relax.

TaJuana F. Jones is trained in "Kidding Around Yoga tm". Kidding Around Yoga is a style of Yoga that was created by Haris Lender, ERYT 500. KAY encompasses the 5 branches of Yoga in a clear engaging method. A typical class gets the children singing, dancing, skipping, marching, jogging, shaking, laughing, hopping, limbo-ing, and storytelling ALL while practicing Yoga to original KAY music. I let the day go by without shouting out my big girl! 😲 BAD MOMMA. But she forgives me. Because she has grace & courtesy, a loving & kind heart and she LOVES her momma. My baby has crossed over from single digits to double digits with maturity and amazing grades. Y’all help me wish Miracle a happy birthday. 🎉🎊🎁🎈🎂

It was the first day of school y’all and I had ALL the feels… emotional, proud, worried, amazed! This was an awesome summer. We bonded like never before. (I hope y’all get to see some pics. lol) I’m looking forward to an awesome year and nothing but success this school year.

Busy but fun day! Art & Yoga go together like peanut butter & Jelly! Thanks to everyone that joined us. We’ll be back again for those that missed it. Plus, we’ll be starting regular classes again soon. Then we went to King Memorial to kick off our Black History Month. Crazy week, so it felt good to enjoy my girls!
