I always tell my clients and friends that the key to having great skin is to Always stay consistent, trust the process and be gentle with yourself.
This is my client third session with me and you can clearly see her results. My client received certain treatments cater to her skin type needs and she followed the aftercare instructions I gave her, such as changing her diet and the products she was using etc.

Pay attention to these 8 Acne triggers

📍Pillow cases (changing your sheets every two weeks) full of oil, chemicals Dye from bonnets

📍Stress (keep your stress level low, whenever you’re feeling stress, try doing anything that makes you feel good or happy..ex. watching a movie, jogging, listening to music etc

📍Diary products (too much cheese, milk)
Carbonated drinks/caffeine

📍Makeup (sleeping in your makeup, dirty makeup brushes)

📍Hair/Extensions (buildup oil, not washing your hair)
