BEFORE YOU START YOUR DAY, MOVE. Your body is designed to move in three planes — sagittal, frontal, and transverse — and training all three keeps you strong, balanced, and functional in everyday life. 💪🏽 It’s not just about lifting or sweating, it’s about teaching your body to move well.Strength doesn’t just come from reps, it develops from range. Over the last few months, lifting has been the furthest thing from my mind, because it doesn’t feel great to my body. Even simple movement planes feel compromising, and this is a reminder that all deal with things that people can’t see and always appear “well” to the untrained eye.
