During the School Level Section Educational Seminar, "Taste. Travel. Remember. Celebrate the Legacy", industry chefs will demonstrate how to bring traditional school lunches to life with global flavors, creative techniques, and kid-friendly appeal - all while staying within guidelines.

Featuring Rep Tina Palumbo (Pace Reps), Chef Bruce Marlette (Master Marketing), Chef Boyd Rose (CGA Reps), and Chef Jeff Lett (Pace Reps), this session is a can't-miss culinary experience for managers, assistant managers, cashiers, and food assistants alike.
