Note to my beautiful yoga community,

I have recently been burning the candle at both ends with my current yoga schedule.

August and Fall schedule I’m going to practice what I preach, slow down and scale back.

I will only teach my 5pm Sunday Yoga Restore and Special/ Private events. I’m excited to give all love and energy to these future classes.
