Being about six feet tall, I spent years trying not to be intimidating.

Did that keep me from intimidating people? Hell no!

I cannot hide my stature or my beauty.

I command a presence and I know it.

It took me a while to realize how small I tried to be.

I tried to restrict myself for the ASSUMED comfort of others.

And if you aren't aware, your inner world reflects and creates your outer world.

With awareness, comes empowerment...

Have you ever held your true self back, in an attempt to please others?

It chips away at you. I speak from personal experience.

What if the real reason you feel limited in your daily life, is because you have limited your authenticity?

Just think about that... What sensations does that realization provoke in your body?

Manifestation is not one-dimensional.

It takes a union of the trinity. The mind, body, and spirit.

Stop holding yourself back. You are meant to be unique!

Dr. Z - A Reintroduction.

My experiences give me a story to tell.

The stroke at 16 years old made me more aware of how to listen to my body, and I learned how to reconnect with physical form and its use.

The seizures that came after, would eventually reconnect me to the intuition I once thought was lost.

My neurodivergence would fuel me to study for hours, days, and years.

All of my experiences and studies have confirmed MY passion and personal mission.

I did 10 years of inner and outer work to craft Dr. Z - Manifestation Practice.

Now I am thankful to provide practical tools and incite powerful transformations for those willing to do the work.

You spend so much time helping others, NOW, it is time to refill your cup.

You want peace, strength and confirmation that you are taking the right steps towards your goals.
