Whatever you are carrying...
.whatever hurt you are holding on to....
.open up your hands, and visualize

letting it go.

Create space-right now
—for God to speak with you.

Hear, O Israel: The LORD our
God is one LORD:
DEUTERONOMY 6:4
Read this passage again, and
think about what it means to be
personally known by the one, true God.
Sit with this passage for a few minutes,
and honor God with your time.

Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord
Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the
God of all comfort; who comforteth us in all
our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God. For as the sufferings of Christ abound in us,
so our consolation also aboundeth by Christ.
2 CORINTHIANS 1:3-5

Where do you need God's comfort today?
Talk to Him honestly about what's on your
mind and heart, and consider adding 1-2
things to your Prayer List.

God, You are so good to me! Thank You
for faithfully drawing near to me when l
call out to You. I am so grateful that I can
rely on You at all times. You are good, and
Your mercy endures forever. Thank You!
In Jesus' name, Amen.

The Lord bless you and keep you;
the Lord make his face to shine
upon you and be gracious to you;
the Lord lift up his
countenance upon you and give
you peace.

The Choice Is Yours

Genesis 45:14-15
“Weeping with joy, he embraced Benjamin, and Benjamin did the same. Then Joseph kissed each of his brothers and wept over them, and after that they began talking freely with him.”

It had been 22 years since Joseph's brothers sold him into slavery. Tears were the introduction to his reunion with his brothers, tears that swelled so high that he could no longer contain. These were tears of tenderness and strong affection.
This scenario marked the beginning of a new season for Joseph and his brothers.
Reconciliation was accomplished with much emotion. Instead of being embittered by the injustice done by his brothers in his youth,
Joseph chose love over hurt, forgiveness over strife. He chose to hold no grudges towards his brothers. Joseph chose to be a vessel for God's Glory, rebuilding the brokenness in his family.
Joseph’s story highlights the proper attitude toward difficulty and misfortune. Upon discovering Joseph’s identity, his brothers were sure he would utilize his imperial powers to exact revenge against them for their evil conduct. However, the sentiments expressed by Joseph were quite the opposite. Joseph recognized that all the hardships he had undergone were ordained by God to ensure the survival of many nations. Keeping this in mind enabled him to forgive his brothers and repay animosity with benevolence evidencing the marks of a man who understood his assignment in life, one who understood that
all his suffering was not in vain. Joseph had grown from a boy that was misunderstood by his siblings, to a mature man, demonstrating the ability to retain his integrity despite the hardships endured.

Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank You so much for showing me that life is
not always easy. I praise You for teaching me the lesson of forgiveness, showing me to be strong and face my challenges head on. Thank You for leading me with Your loving examples. I ask for the grace of forgiveness, the grace of putting behind past hurts that have burdened my heart and have not let me move on. Thank You for drying my tears and mending the brokenness in me. I ask that You guide me in making the right choices in life, to value the lessons learned in my youth that have made me the person I am today. Help me to love, honor and cherish the people
You have put in my life. To be a vessel of light and good. To demonstrate to the world and to myself that I have survived and that I am fearfully and wonderfully made; and Your works are wonderful in me. Thank You for loving me in my worst and thank You for loving me at my best. In the name
of Jesus, I pray. Amen.

This is one of the most profound lessons that we can learn from this story; Many evils are inflicted in this world, but God has set a plan in motion that will turn evil into good. “All things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose”
(Romans 8:28).
Despite everything he went through, Joseph’s suffering turned out for good. He did not allow his experiences to lead him away, Joseph knew deep down inside that it was better to forgive than to hold on to anger, bitterness, and sorrow. This is an example we can emulate in our own life.
My question today, what do you need to let go off? Who have you not been able to forgive?
It's time to let go of the past, learn to forgive, and move forward, understanding that God uses our hurt, pain, and sorrow, to mold us into the people we are destined to be for His Glory.

Get into the word and be encouraged to mind the choices you make in order to live a purpose driven life.
Are you trusting God for reconciliation in the family? I want to stand with you in prayer for this.
Message me and I’ll be happy to pray with you

The Return

Mark 10:30
“who shall not receive a hundredfold now in
this time—houses and brothers and sisters
and mothers and children and lands, with persecutions—and in the age to come, eternal life.”

Many of us have investments- stocks, bonds, precious metals. And when the market is roaring, we are pleased about it. We are receiving dividends, and checks in the mail from interest and royalties. But when the market is in a lull, perhaps tanks, our enthusiasm wanes quickly.
We like this hundredfold return for simply leaving our former life, friends, and family for our Jesus and the advancement of the Gospel, yet the idea of persecution quickly diminishes our zeal.
We conveniently like to leave this word out.
Yet, it is the most important part of “The Return”.
With all investments there are risks. And certainly, where the investor could lose everything. There is a tire company that has this slogan, “a lot is riding on those tires.”
Paul said in 1 Corinthians 16:9- “For a great and effective door has opened to me, and there are many adversaries.” In other words, many resist, persecute, make trouble, cause tribulation, and oppose. There will be pushback because there must be pushback.
Like in the stock market, like with a car battery. For the electrical charge to perform properly, there must be a negative charge coming against the positive. We surely do not welcome this idea of persecution, yet it is necessary for the advancement of the Gospel.
As in any Super Bowl, there is an advancing team and an opposing team. There can be no winner without opposition.
Saints, what greater return could we possibly get on our initial investment in the Lord Jesus Christ and the advancement of the Gospel? Eternal life, and the Salvation of souls. For all the trouble we will put up with, all the resistance coming against us. We remain steadfast, putting on Love, tender mercies, and conducting ourselves in this sportsman-like conduct. We are headed to the End Zone. And yes, “a lot is riding on those tires.”

Dear Heavenly Father,
I know there have been times when I have not followed through on a nudge from the Holy Spirit to speak to someone or do something that I felt led to do, because of fear of the opposition. I sincerely ask Your forgiveness for the times I allowed the enemy to place the fear in my mind keeping me from following Your guidance. Please help me to be ever mindful of Your gentle promptings and to follow through with boldness. May I be like the three Hebrew boys and say, “I know my God will deliver me, but even if not, I will do His will.” In the name of Jesus, I pray. Amen.

If there have been times in your life when you have failed to follow through with anything God has prompted you to do, go to Him today and sincerely ask His forgiveness. Read accounts in the Word of God where people follow His guidance, even in the most dire situations, and grow in faith so that you, too, can follow through in whatever He asks of you.

Even the toughest of situations will come to
an end if you follow through with the Lord’s promptings. Watch the messag, get into the
Word and be encouraged to remain steadfast.
One way to grow in relentless faith is by plugging into a community of believers. If you dont have a church find a church and jump in with both feet..

I know, I know, you’ve already asked Him a million times, I see those eyes rolling. But today, ask Him a million and one...
02/13/2024

I know, I know, you’ve already asked Him a million times, I see those eyes rolling.
But today, ask Him a million and one.
Yes.
Ask Him AGAIN.
Ask Him again for that child to come home.
That relationship to be healed.
That mountain to move.
Ask Him again for that friendship to mend.
That work to begin.
That end-of-tunnel light to appear.
Ask Him again for the one who needs rescue, the one who needs healing, the one who needs new direction, new guidance, new focus.
Yes.
Even if that ‘one’ is you.
Ask Him again for what you need.
For what you want.
For joy in the sorrow.
Help in the struggle.
A sip of living-water in the heat of your schedule...and the time to just sit at the well, amen?
Ask Him again.
Ask Him again to provide springs in your land; and while you’re at it, give thanks for that land, no matter how dry it is now, knowing He’s given it to you with good purpose.
Yes.
Ask Him again.
Ask Him again to dig up the soil and plant the seeds.
Ask Him again to stir up and settle, make and remake, pour out His peace that passes all understanding, because frankly; you could use a hefty dose about now.
Yes.
And Amen.
Ask Him again for all that seems lost and all that seems nowhere even near the city of possible...and ask Him believing He can.
Yes.
Ask Him again.
Not because you don’t think He heard you the first million times, but because you are realizing the longer you {truly} live, that persistence is a pretty strong faith-builder; not to mention how close it keeps you to Him for whom all things are possible and nothing is too hard, and because faith-based strength to persevere and closeness with your Creator is what you REALLY need.
Whew. Yes. Absolutely.
Ask Him again.
With fresh eyes and a renewed spirit and a passionate resolve that He can, and if it’s His Will...He will.
And if it’s not, you will keep on asking.
You will keep on seeking.
You will keep on believing just like Steve Perry says.
Because persistent faith is where it’s at.
It fastens it’s gaze on hope.
The hope that is always three steps {Father, Son, Holy Spirit} ahead, providing the perfect focal point.
Yes.
And it never disappoints.
Amen.
So today; bow low, look up, and ask Him AGAIN. ❤️

Sealed With Love

Colossians 3:12-15
”You are always and dearly loved by God! So robe yourself with virtues of God, since you have been divinely chosen to be holy. Be merciful as you endeavor to understand others, and be compassionate, showing kindness toward all. Be gentle and humble, unoffendable in your patience with others. Bearing the weaknesses of those in the family of faith, forgiving one another in the same way you have been graciously forgiven by Jesus Christ. If you find fault with someone, release this same gift of forgiveness to them. For love is supreme and must flow through each of these virtues. Love becomes the mark of true maturity. Let your heart be always guided by the peace of the Anointed One, who called you to peace as part of his one body. And always be thankful.“

What a beautiful model of love that is set before us. How perfect the Spirit of love is for us to exemplify in our everyday lives. Even as Christ forgave us we are commissioned to forgive others. What more noble pattern could be chosen other than to love and forgive as Christ forgave us? We must choose the way of Christ by clothing ourselves with these virtues.
How do we clothe ourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience,
all sealed with love? Well, first we must recognize that these virtues are the character of Jesus. Romans 13:14 tells us to ”Clothe yourselves with the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh to gratify its desires.“ We can clothe ourselves with Christ by putting on the full armor of God which is also Christ’s character (Ephesians 6). His belt of Truth, which is His Word and in itself Jesus, and He himself is Love. The belt acts as a connector for all the other garments. So when we clothe ourselves with His Truth we are clothing ourselves with His love that seals every other garment (virtue) that we put on. Without love nothing else we do matters
(1 Corinthians 13).
Christ must be in us before he can be on us. Christ must be in the heart by faith before he can be in the life by holiness. If you need light from a lantern, the first business is to light the candle inside it, and then as a result, the light (love) shines through. When Christ forms in us and becomes our new nature, we cannot conceal our love for him and others. We remember his love and forgiveness towards us that it overflows onto and into others.
As we have Christ within us in the secret parts of our lives, so we put on Christ to be the beauty of our daily lives. The external will be brightened by the internal and this will be our armor of light that we are blessed to wear as God’s children.
The Lord himself stands before us. When he hung on the cross, the spectators and mockers never asked for his forgiveness, but he gave it to them anyway (Luke 23:34). Let us daily turn our attention to the cross. Let us release every weight that entangles us and blinds us from loving others. Let us release forgiveness to all those
who have offended us and in so doing find the shackles around our hearts released off of us.

Dear Heavenly Father,
There is no love like Your love, and no forgiveness is ever offered that can compare to Yours. I praise You for providing the way for us to receive Your beautiful gift of forgiveness. I know that Your forgiveness toward me is an example that I should follow in forgiving those who offend me. I ask that You grant me the wisdom and the boldness to do so, even when they never ask or the wrongs against me continue. Help me to consistently walk in forgiveness toward others. In the name of Jesus, I pray. Amen.

Here something that will help!!!
Make a list of people you are yet to forgive. Set aside time to pray over each of those people each day, asking God to clear your heart of any unforgiveness against them, and to cleanse them from their sins. It may seem awkward at first but ask God to bless them and their families. You will find that as you do this, you will truly desire to see them walk with God and in His blessings, thereby receiving your freedom as you let go.

If you’re trying to figure out how forgiveness works, Get into the Word it will help you wirh Forgiveness,” and it will inspire you..
Need a prayer partner as you release those who have offended you? I here just message me and I will stand with you.
