My Story
Health, wellness & fitness all came later in life for me. After a few decades of bad eating habits, poor sleeping patterns, partying, smoking and basically depriving my body of what it needed, it took a couple massive life events to make me realize I was headed down a very dangerous path. This is when I rediscovered my love of dance...with a Zumba class! Fast forward 5 years, and I am licensed to teach Zumba, Strong Nation and Barre classes. My goal is to make you feel like no one else is watching, and you are the only one in the room! I love seeing the smiles from ear to ear, the sweat pouring down your faces and the huffing and puffing after each class. This to me, is heaven. Follow & connect with me, to learn more!
