Sometimes I can go through my days unaware of how I make an impact in the world and then someone sends a reminder reawakening my excitement for what I do and who I am. I’m honored to know how this person feels and has been able to step up to their life challenges.

Good morning! I started my day with journaling, exercise, and meditation. I’ve been kinda lost throughout the winter (seasonal depression) and enjoying my spirit being lifted with all the sunshine and spring blooming. As spring has sprung I am also budding into a new beginning. Looking forward to bringing new creative energy into my healing business and my own life.

A powerful pull for me today. Orca was actually the 2nd spirit animal who came forward to me and being I work with sound and also see through the depths of others pain behind their eyes…this is a beautiful reminder of my medicine and my purpose.
