I am so excited about soup season! Soup is perfect for meal planning. It can also be an amazing way to get more vegetables in your life. My favorite soup is split pea soup, it’s high in protein and fiber and super low calorie. The crock pot is coming out this weekend!

My clients ask me about bread all the time.
Should they cut it out?
Most of the time my answer is simply no.
Eating healthy whole grain bread is not a problem for most of us.
Choose breads from the grocery store that have 3-4 grams of fiber per slice, and if watching your weight go for thin sliced.
One of my favorite brands is Dave's Killer Bread.

Bread is not necessarily unhealthy, but some types of bread are made with highly processed flours. It’s the flour, not gluten, that can make so many breads poor nutritional choices.
