S*xual health is a pillar of overall wellness, yet 60% of adults avoid care because of the stigma. Here is how to lead with "S*xual Framing."

Building intimacy in 2026 requires more than just physical connection—it requires Relational Intelligence. Bringing up STIs, hygiene, or performance can feel daunting, but shifting your communication style from "confrontational" to "collaborative" changes everything.

Here are 3 ways to use S*xual Framing to protect your health and your relationship:

1. The "Mutual Protection" Framework 🛡️

Avoid "I need you to get tested." It creates a power dynamic. Try this: "I’m really excited about where we’re going, and I want us to be able to relax fully. Can we both share our recent test results before we stop using condoms?" SEO Tip: This frames s*xual health as a shared goal, not a personal critique.

2. The "Curiosity" Approach for Hygiene 🚿

Address hygiene before things get heated by making it a shared, sensual activity. Try this: "I love being close to you, but I’m a bit sensitive to bacteria today. Do you mind if we jump in the shower together for a quick wash before we get started?"

3. De-escalating Performance Anxiety 💬

Erections are biological, not emotional indicators. When the focus shifts to the body, remove the shame immediately. Try this: "It’s totally fine, our bodies aren't machines. I’m having a great time just being close to you. Let's focus on [other activity] for a bit."

The bottom line: Wellness isn't just about what happens in the gym; it's about how we communicate in our most private moments.

Stop lying to your partner.

​It sounds harsh, but as a S*xologist, I see it constantly. You’re moaning when it doesn’t actually feel that great. You’re nodding "yes" when your body is saying "meh." You think you’re being kind, but you’re actually sabotaging your own pleasure.

​Welcome to Wild Wednesday. Today, at Let’s Learn Love, we’re killing the "Performative Polite S*x."

​I’m introducing: The Ego-Free Audition.
​It’s the most controversial homework I give my clients because it requires you to do the one thing most couples are terrified of: Offending each other.

​The Challenge:

One partner is the "Receiver." For 15 minutes, your partner "auditions" for your pleasure.

​The Goal: You give 100% honest, unfiltered feedback.

​The Rule: No "mercy moans." If they miss the mark, you tell them. If it’s boring, you say it. If they’re two inches off, you move them.

​Why this triggers people: Because we’ve tied our self-worth to our "performance." We’re terrified that if we aren’t naturally "gods or goddesses" in bed, we’ve failed.

​The Truth: Great s*x isn't an instinct; it’s a skill set. And you can’t learn a skill without a feedback loop. If you can’t handle a "No, not like that," you aren't ready for a "Yes, right there."

​Stop protecting their ego and start protecting your intimacy.
