Happy 15th years babe! The world is uncertain, but nothing is more certain than my love for you. Wouldn’t want to be on the rollercoaster ride of life with anyone else. Can you believe our first day was 19 years ago today?? Love you so much and happy birthday to !!

✨Motivation is great… until it’s not.

There are plenty of days, I don’t feel like doing anything except curling up in bed and binge watching TV.

But what really changes your life?
👉 Tiny, boring, consistent habits.

And that’s exactly what I help my 1:1 clients create — real habits that fit into YOUR specific life and actually last.

💖Start small today:

💦Drink water right when you wake up
🍳 Eat a protein-rich breakfast
🏃‍♀️Move your body

You don’t need motivation — you need a system that sticks. 💪

🙌🏻If you could use that kind of support, comment “HABITS,” and let’s get you going & feeling great!

✨Your health doesn’t have to be “all or nothing.”✨

It’s actually the little things you do consistently that make the biggest difference.

For me, my 3 non-negotiables are:

☀️ Wake up before my kids (so I can collect myself and get my mind right before the day begins)

💧 Hydrate first thing + throughout the day

🍳 High protein breakfast (hello, energy + less cravings!)

These are the things that keep me feeling good no matter how busy life gets.

Of course I do more than this most days like: exercise most days, prioritize sleep & eat protein + fiber + fat at each meal, meditate, etc but my non-negotiable are every day without even thinking about it, because they’ve become second nature.

👉 Now I want to know — what would YOUR 3 non-negotiables be? Comment below!!

✨You wouldn’t let your kids skip sleep, water, or food, right?

So why not give yourself the same care whenever you can? (I know some days sleep is impossible—been there!)

👉Taking care of yourself isn’t selfish—it’s smart.

Because when you feel good, your whole family feels it too. And when you incorporate healthy habits into your every day life, you’re setting yourself up for a longer & happier life 💛

Which one is hardest for you to stay consistent with—sleep, water, or food? Comment below!💖

✨Flashback to when everything shifted…

When I was pregnant with my first son, I remember feeling this pull that I was meant to do something more. I loved my work as a TV host, but deep down I knew I wanted to actually help people in a real way.

I kept thinking about all the women who struggled with body image, weight loss, emotional eating, and just not knowing how to fuel their bodies, because that was me at one point in my life. And I thought: That’s where I want to help.

So, I switched gears and started studying to become a holistic health coach.

There I was — nursing a baby, changing diapers, and then cracking open my computer in between. 😅 One goal in mind: to help women (especially moms) feel good in their bodies again OR for the first time ever.

Because I’ve been there too. I know what it feels like to not feel good in your own skin (being called fat in middle school, gaining weight in college & trying ALL the diets but nothing worked, until I figured it out and haven’t looked back).

Shifting your mindset is everything, but it’s also one of the hardest things to do on your own.

That’s why I created my Begin to Thrive 1:1 coaching program—-to support women and help them finally feel peace in their bodies. 💕

If you’re craving that kind of support and want to feel better in your body without diets or extremes, drop a “SUPPORT” in the comments and let’s chat.

Fast forward—10 years into motherhood—and I am SO grateful I built this foundation before things got really real. Because let’s be honest: moms need all the help we can get.

And I’m here for you. 💛

Sending love to all the mamas just trying to do their best—you’re doing better than you think.

✨This “rule” changed my life✨

As many of you know, I don’t follow a rigid diet, deprive myself, count calories or carbs, and I don’t believe in extremes. Instead, I do my best to follow the 80/20 rule.

👉 Eat well for health 80% of the time, and the other 20% can be saved for fun foods—without the guilt.

Some months look more like 70/30, some days 20/80 😆 … but you get the point!

I’ve been following this rule for years, and it’s given me the freedom to feel great in my body and mind while still enjoying one of my favorite things in life: FOOD.

There was a time I had no clue what I was doing. I tried all sorts of diets when I gained weight in college—Slimfast, Suzanne Somers Food Combining, the Grapenuts diet, even Metabolife 😳 (I’ll never forget being on the bus sophomore year with my heart racing so fast I thought it was going to jump out of my chest). That moment scared the shiitake mushrooms out of me and I never looked back.

Over the years, I taught myself how to cook delicious, healthy meals and look at food as fuel—tasty fuel of course 😋. That’s been a game-changer and helped me learn how to listen to my body. Today, people call that intuitive eating, and I realize I’ve been practicing it for years.

And now that I’m in perimenopause, things have shifted yet again. What worked in my 20s and 30s isn’t quite the same now. I have to be more intentional about balancing my blood sugar and hormones so I can keep my energy up, sleep better, and avoid those roller-coaster cravings AND do my best to keep my an muscle mass 🥴

That’s exactly why I created my Begin to Thrive program 💫

It’s designed to help women (whether you’re in perimenopause or not) ditch extremes, simplify healthy living, and feel amazing in their bodies—without waiting until January to “start over.”

💌 Want to stop stressing about food & finally feel good in your body & mind without a crazy intense diet or rigid program?

Comment “THRIVE” and let’s chat— I will show you how I’ve helped other busy moms do the exact same without losing their minds 😆

✨Flashback Friday to senior year me rocking my khaki pants and clogs✨

My senior quote was: “Be a living expression of God’s kindness.”

While I don’t consider myself religious anymore, I still believe in that message more than ever—kindness is what the world needs most. 💛

👉Do you remember your senior quote? Drop it in the comments …I can’t wait to hear!

Sending love to everyone💖💖

✨I will never forget when I made the decision to become a health coach.

🤰I was newly pregnant with my first child, living in LA having a blast on a wild, extreme food show called Epic Meal Empire on FYI with the hilarious guys from .

🍔We goofed off all day on set which I excel at, and we ate some of the craziest foods like Cheeseburger Lasagna and Fast Food Sushi because it was our JOB. What a life!

🗣️It was during that time, a little voice inside me was telling me to do something more. Working on a show that provides entertainment is amazing & so damn fun, but it hit me that I wanted to do something with a more positive impact on peoples lives. Something that really made a difference.

💖So I decided to take a chance & become a certified holistic health and wellness coach.

🫶I had finally figured out how to live a balanced, healthy lifestyle without deprivation or diets so it only made sense I help others do the same. And it’s more fulfilling than I could have ever imagined.

👶🏻Who knows, maybe it was little Wyatt in utero nudging me into a more flexible career so I could spend as much time with him as possible instead of being on set all day 😉

💫Whatever it was, we all have these voices inside of us. It’s up to us to listen to it or not. To take the chance or not.

👉Comment YES if you have a voice calling out to you right now to make a change or take a chance💖

📺 (Swipe to see some old photos on the set of Epic Meal Empire 😆 I was such a baby myself! Last pic is of me studying to get my health coach certification 8 or 9 months pregnant🥰).
