✨As most of you know by now, starting your day with around 30g of protein helps balance blood sugar and prevent those mid-morning crashes✨

These breakfast tacos do exactly that—and they taste amazing. They also make a great lunch and keep my energy going!

💖You just need:

* 2 siete almond flour tortillas
* 2 eggs & 2 eggs whites (or 1/4 cup liquid egg whites)
* shredded cheese or nutritional yeast
* arugula, spinach or micro greens
* salt & pepper
* black beans (optional)
* hot sauce (optional)
* avocado (optional)

✨Just because you’re a work in progress doesn’t mean you’re failing.✨

It means you’re showing up.
It means you’re doing the hardest thing—growing.

I FINALLY got around to hanging up a few of the affirmations shared—“7 things you should say to yourself every morning.” And wow… they hit home💛

Some mornings I still need these reminders:
✔ I’m allowed to be a work in progress
✔ I need to give myself more credit for how hard I’m trying

These simple words have helped keep my mindset right on the messy days (aka… most days 😅).

Because let’s be real—mindset is the glue that holds your healthy habits together.

It’s a huge part of the work I do with my 1:1 coaching clients—busy moms just like you who want to feel good again in their bodies and lives.

✨I will never forget when I made the decision to become a health coach.

🤰I was newly pregnant with my first child, living in LA having a blast on a wild, extreme food show called Epic Meal Empire on FYI with the hilarious guys from .

🍔We goofed off all day on set which I excel at, and we ate some of the craziest foods like Cheeseburger Lasagna and Fast Food Sushi because it was our JOB. What a life!

🗣️It was during that time, a little voice inside me was telling me to do something more. Working on a show that provides entertainment is amazing & so damn fun, but it hit me that I wanted to do something with a more positive impact on peoples lives. Something that really made a difference.

💖So I decided to take a chance & become a certified holistic health and wellness coach.

🫶I had finally figured out how to live a balanced, healthy lifestyle without deprivation or diets so it only made sense I help others do the same. And it’s more fulfilling than I could have ever imagined.

👶🏻Who knows, maybe it was little Wyatt in utero nudging me into a more flexible career so I could spend as much time with him as possible instead of being on set all day 😉

💫Whatever it was, we all have these voices inside of us. It’s up to us to listen to it or not. To take the chance or not.
