🍠 4-Ingredient Sweet Potato Brownies 🤎
Yes, they’re as fudgy and delicious as they sound & they’re gluten free!

✨ Ingredients:
• 2 medium sweet potatoes
• ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• ½ cup maple syrup
• ⅓ cup almond butter
• 2 large eggs (optional)

✨ Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Peel & chop sweet potatoes into cubes, then steam until tender (about 15 minutes) or boil until soft.
2. Drain excess water and mash until smooth.
3. Mix in cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond butter, and eggs (if using) until well combined.
4. Pour batter into a greased 8x8 baking dish and spread evenly.
5. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
6. Cool completely before slicing into squares.

✨ Dark Chocolate Superfood Cups ✨

Rich, crunchy, and bursting with antioxidants — the perfect healthy treat made with blueberries, walnuts, chia, and dark chocolate. 🍫💙🌰

Ingredients:
• 1 tbsp coconut oil
• 8 oz dark chocolate
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• 1/2 cup blueberries
• 2 tbsp walnuts, finely chopped

Directions:
1. Line a muffin tray with liners or use a silicone muffin tray.
2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the coconut oil and chocolate, stirring continuously.
3. Remove from heat and stir in chia seeds.
4. Divide the chocolate mixture between muffin cups. Top each with equal amounts of blueberries and walnuts, gently pressing them into the chocolate.
5. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Enjoy!
