4 ingredient date + sunflower butter bites recipe😋

12 oz dates
1/3 jar sunflower butter
1/2 cup oats
Chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS✨

1. If your dates are dry, soak them in water. If not, process in food processor until paste/ball forms.
2. Add in sunflower butter and oats
3. Process on low
4. Fold in chocolate chips
5. Roll into balls and let set in freezer then ENJOY😉

Biblical ingredients pomegranate and quinoa Tabbouleh recipe!!😋

Save this for later to add to meals or snack on throughout the week!! Each ingredient is to glorify the Lord through what we eat, and found within the Bible🙌🏼

Recipe:
1 cup quinoa
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1/4 cup chopped mint
1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
1/2 cup diced cucumber
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup EVOO
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp ground cumin

Directions:
1. Cook quinoa and let it cool completely
2. Combine quinoa, parsley, mint, pomegranate seeds, cucumber and red onion
3. Which olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper and cumin.
4. Drizzle dressing over quinoa mixture and let it sit!!
